Winners of the Business Impact Award were selected for deploying a Pega application that demonstrates quantifiable business results in customer service, sales & onboarding, operations or marketing through the use of Pega software. The Change Agent Award is given to individuals and teams who have a vision for driving change in their organization and who have successfully ignited a passion for change in others.
